It is still snowing in Switzerland! And I can’t help but be distracted by it, all in a good way. Snow makes me wildest excited. I can stand by the window, my nose against the frosty glass and loose myself to the sight of a cloud crushed and seasoned over this hinterland without a track of time. I love it that much.
It tempts me to grab a coat and jump into the snow boots and go and stand under the sky that flakes away as though to a piece of music. I feel like opening my palms to it watch some tiny snowflakes make a gentle landing on the mittened hand. The cedar tree outside is laden unto it’s arms and neck in snow and I want to shake that snow off and let it fall on me 😀

A silver white winter is a beautiful sight and so is a lush green summer. So here’s one to bid goodbye to Winter and welcome Spring, that I can’t wait anymore for.
The sweater, the lace and the patches were bought from Tokyo.
I sewed the lace in place to resemble a branch extending from a tree and made my two love birds sit on it 🙂
Also sewed the lace around the cuffs.
It works because this particular cardigan isn’t very stretchy whereas the lace is a bit stretchy.
This lets you put your arm inside the sweater without breaking the threads holding the lace.
Wore in Hongkong, last winter.
