Bonjour, Namaste & Hello!
I know, I haven’t been fair in not writing about Switzerland while living in Switzerland. Guilty as charged!
But been working on it for some time now and letting the ideas incubate. I did not want to write an unjust solitary post. Because living here is an experience that grows, develops, modifies and replenishes itself and the one living it.
Since writing, a lot like baking, is about the best ingredients in carefully measured proportions and letting them (ideas) bake till the right time and till a satisfying ‘baking’ aroma fills the house and with a presentation to match. So I had been holding on to the virtue called Patience!
Proportion, precision and patience. That’s what it is about. Both baking & writing. Which I do achieve all right sometimes but other times, most times, they are half baked or over done or seemingly alright but still leaving me with a feeling of having missed something, in there. And I have little choice but to get it past the throat and move on to the next one.
I have a feeling it’s going to be a lot like baking and there’s going to be a lot of baking. What makes the situation even more delicate is the fact that I’m treating this like a ‘special occasion cake’ that despite gathering all the ingredients, I feel a little hesitant to get on with.
(With all this talk of baking I have no intentions, however far fetched, to point you not-so-subtly, towards my baking skills. Well, I have next to none. I have baked a few times and every time I’ve missed having a dog. You get the idea.)
Here’s how I plan to recoup myself, by writing a regular Alpine Diary. Regular being the key word here. I’ll be filling this Alpine Diary with musings on my life-in-musings and life-in-travel in Switzerland.

Never ever thought that just after our trip from one of the best country in the world…or I would prefer to correct myself.the best country of world..in lot of respects..if we leave aside the patriotism, I would get to revisit it through alpine diaries. Partial, I’ve visited…rest I’ll get to visit. As said by our graceful blogger…living in swiss is enchanting experience…which keeps on brewing day by day. Looking forward for not only reading it through but also contributing to it if permitted by our stupendous author 🙂
