Hello there connoisseurs of art & creativity!
I’ve been working a lot with yarn off late so you’ll see a lot of forthcoming projects/crafts with yarn. This too is one in the league. Perhaps the easiest, quickest one.
I have professed my love of pompoms, over and over again in the past so that’s no news here. But the news is that, I have learnt to make them now!
All you need is a spool of wool or yarn & a fork.

A fork & yarn of your choice

Wrap it around the fork this way.

Tie a thread in the middle, remove and cut on both sides as shown

Fluff it up!

Your pompoms are ready!
And I used these pompoms on my Indian shoe. I have always owned and loved at least one and at times more than one 🙂

I bought these softest camel leather jooti pair from my recent visit to India. They looked their rustic & minimalistic best waiting for me.

Before & After 🙂

Although I bought them for their simplicity. They could use some colour. Just a bit. 🙂

Happy feet! 🙂
You could add oodles of style & show off your traditional side by using them on your ballerinas, sandals and off course mojaris!
So, what do you think of them? Let me know. Share your love, comments, suggestions. Looking forward to them.
See you soon with something new & fun! 🙂
