If I may make a suggestion, while summer is here, swank your jewellery. Characterize your summery whites with some colourful arm candies. Your wide necklines with dainty necklaces in burst of colour. For this is the best time, before grey winter takes over and forces you to hide behind layers and layers and layers. Here’s how. Have some old bangles?? Yes? Great…Its time to re-model them (and contribute to rise in mercury 😉 )
A length of ribbon, some pompoms and old bangles is all you need.
Wrap the ribbon around the bangle
Time to sew pompoms on it, with some pearl beads
Sewed the pompom onto the ribbon – Secure!
Alternating two colours onto one bangle
That was my first one and it was an eye candy too!! 🙂
I’ve added very small pearl beads onto the black ones. Tiny details matter.
Wrapped the remaining bangles in different trims and ribbons
Finished off the rest, the same way, but with different combinations of colours.
I’ve added tiny-tiny distinctive details in all of them. I’ve also left some of them half done. Keep reading to know why. 🙂

Well, the half done bangles were actually meant to be used as an oversized pendant.
I just looped a thin chain around the bangle and there it is!
Its very simplistic design with an ethnic and rustic quality to it.
You’re definitely not going UN-NOTICED with this 🙂

Just one is good too!
Its not only going to spice up your western outfits but also your ethnic/traditional wear. Singly or in a bunch, its going to be equally fab. Another brownie point, the satiny silky feel of the ribbon makes it so easy to slide them on.
